CAT B15 is an IP67 Certified rugged smartphone with some unique features. It includes water proof for up tom 1m for 30 mins, dust proof, drop tested on a concrete platform, Mil Std-810G certified, transport and thermal shock resistant, solar radiation and many more. Its non-removable Li-Ion 2000 mAh battery offers 16 hours of talk time and 456 hours of stand-by time on the go. The 4-inch display of this phone have a TFT Capacitive touch display with a screen resolution of 480 X 800 pixels. This screen is operatble in stormy weather, wind or even with wet hands. It uses Corning Gorilla Glass for maximum protection.
The phone is based on the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean platform with Dual-core 1.0 GHz Cortex-A9 Mediatek MT6577 processor on the top. It is backed by 512 MB RAM with an internal storage space of 4 GB, which can be expanded up to 32 GB using microSD card. It gets a 5 MP camera with LED flash light and also a VGA camera at the front side for taking selfies. The main camera supports autofocus and geo-tagging features as well.
